🟠 Normal Priority

Response Time: 48 hours

Use this for standard requests, minor issues, updates, or anything that is not mission-blocking.

🔴 Critical Priority

Response Time: 24 hours | Website down or Security 

Reserved for issues that stop ministry operations, such as site outages, payment failures, or system-wide breakdowns.

Please note: Critical tickets must be truly critical. Misuse will be reported up the leadership chain so we can ensure real emergencies receive immediate attention.
